Meet Team Allting
Allting was founded in 2019 and has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The founders, Joachim, Fredrik, Kat, and Marcus, have very different backgrounds and previous experiences. Joachim is an experienced tech entrepreneur, Fredrik has years of experience from primarily management consulting, Kat completed her Ph.D. in 2020 and Marcus is a well-versed full stack developer of AI systems.
Our past experiences from working life had led us to the same conclusion but from different perspectives; Meetings constitute an untapped potential for most organizations. Unfortunately, many meetings are characterized by low engagement. Research indicates that up to 50% of the time spent in meetings is wasted. While this is true for physical meetings, in remote meetings these pain points are amplified.
Since the start of the Covid-19 global pandemic, many organizations shifted to fully remote work overnight. Several have announced that they are planning to make it a permanent shift. This major transition creates a need to improve engagement and collaboration among employees in new ways.
Leveraging our diversity and complementary skills, the team came together around the passion to address the pain points of meeting cultures in workplaces around the world. We’re on a mission to help organizations and individuals improve engagement and collaboration in meetings.

Chief Executive Officer
Joachim is an experienced entrepreneur and manager. Prior to Allting, he founded Tailsweep and Mobilimeet. Joachim holds an International Marketing Degree and IHM Master in Management.
FREDRIK SÖDERLUND
Head of Growth & Finance
Fredrik is a versatile digital business development professional. Prior to Allting, he worked as a Management
Consultant at Accenture Strategy and previously at e.g. EY and H&M. Fredrik holds a Master’s in Accounting and Management Control.
KATHY TIAN, Ph.D.
Head of Data Science & Machine Learning
Kat is a strong research and data professional. Prior to Allting, she worked as a Senior Data Scientist intern at IBM and previously Data Scientist at AI research lab at UIUC. Kathy holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Communications, Minor in Data Science
MARCUS LILJENBERG
Chief Technical Officer
Marcus is a well-versed and broad Full-Stack Developer.
He has experience in i.a. biotechnology, incl. recent full-stack development on EQT's Motherbrain AI-platform. Marcus holds a Master’s in Engineering.
